- Vaccinations: Yellow fever vaccination is required. Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and Meningitis are recommended.
- Healthcare: Medical facilities are extremely limited, especially outside of N'Djamena. Serious medical conditions will require evacuation. Travel insurance is essential.
