  • Exchange Info: US dollars are widely used for transactions. Currency can be exchanged at banks and authorized bureaux de change.
  • Typical Costs: The DRC is a very inexpensive country. A meal at a local restaurant can cost around $3-7 USD.
  • Payment Methods: Cash (USD or CDF) is the most common form of payment. Credit cards are rarely accepted.
